There are many beautiful waterfalls to explore during your next visit to our region. Don’t forget that our campsite is located on the borders of Carladez, Viadene and Aubrac.
The Saut de la Truite waterfall:
This lovely family-friendly walk presents no particular challenge and is sure to meet all your expectations. The pretty, shady trail follows the Livernade stream, through the forest of Graval where you’ll find a footbridge which brings you right up close to the Saut de la Truite waterfall. It’s a lovely 40 minute (approx.) round trip and just a short walk until you reach the fall which spills out into a beautiful, natural cirque formation.
This well-developed site also provides access to 5 waterfalls and 3 different hikes, if you’re feeling more ambitious.
Don’t forget the Saut de la Truite waterfall and its 30 m (approx.) drop (the distance that the trout need to leap in the opposite direction), located in the Upper Brezon Valley.
