Some friends want to visit us during our holiday. How does that work?

We welcome all day visitors to our campsite. Visitors must leave their vehicle in the carpark and report to reception. Admission fees (for visits over 2 hours) are available at the campsite entrance and on the internet.

What are the rules if we want to have a barbecue?

Charcoal barbecues are permitted on tent pitches provided owners take full responsibility. Barbecues are available for use in rental accommodation, but again guests must take full responsibility. (We asks guests not to bring their own BBQ rack but please remember to clean it in order to avoid losing your deposit. Thank you)

We are coming to stay at your campsite. What kind of sockets do we need for the electricity hook-up?

Our electric hook-ups use several types of socket (French and European); however, we are unable to tell you in advance which type will be available when you arrive; for this reason, we recommend that you bring a travel adapter.

You should also bring an extension lead, if needed.

Are there any entry conditions for the pool area?

Yes, access to the pool area is strictly controlled. For hygiene reasons, male swimmers are asked to wear “speedos” or tight-fitting trunks (shorts and Bermudas are not permitted. Balls and large inflatables are also prohibited.)

My son is under 18 and wants to go on holiday with his friends for a few days. Is this allowed?

Unfortunately, not. In accordance with our Rules and Regulations, all minors must be accompanied by at least one of their parents otherwise they will not be allowed to stay on the campsite.

We have rented a 6-person mobile home and have 2 teenagers who want to sleep in a tent nearby. Is this permissible?

You are allowed to pitch a tent on the same plot as your holiday rental provided you do not exceed the maximum specified occupancy (i.e. 6 people).

We will be arriving after the reception closes. How do we gain access to the campsite and where do we collect our keys?

In high season, you should go to the restaurant-bar, which is open until 10pm, with a form of ID which you can pick up from reception the next day.

If arriving in low or shoulder-season, please telephone or email us so we can discuss arrangements.

If we go out at night, are there evening restrictions on vehicle movement?

The barriers are open until 11pm . If you arrive after 11pm, we ask that you leave your vehicle in the carpark and walk back to your pitch.

However, in the EVENT OF AN EMERGENGY, you can leave the site at any time by calling the number displayed on the reception door.

The speed limit within the campsite is 10 km/h.

We have 2 cars. Can we park both vehicles on our pitch?

Only 1 vehicle is permitted per pitch. You can drive your second vehicle into the campsite to unload but then you must leave it in one of the external carparks.

We are a group of 6 adults and a 6 month old baby. Can we rent a 6-person mobile home?

All individuals must be accounted for, even small babies so, in this instance, you will need to rent a larger mobile home.

Do you accept holiday vouchers?

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit or debit card/ cheques/ cash and Agence Nationale holiday vouchers.
